The Safe House Framework®
for Health Professionals
Autism Edition

Level Two

From Understanding to Implementation

Bring The Safe House Framework to life in your everyday practice.

You’ve begun the paradigm shift. Now it’s time to live it out.

This next level supports health practitioners ready to integrate neurodiversity-affirming, psychologically safe care into real clinical settings — confidently, ethically, and sustainably.

Level 2 is where theory becomes practice. You’ll take the insights from Level 1 and begin weaving them into your day-to-day professional work — with clarity, support, and integrity.

This isn’t about knowing more.

It’s about practising differently.

  • Workshop One

Redefining Realities: Dominant & Divergent Narratives

In this workshop, we explore and critique the 'disordered' narrative, highlighting the dynamics of power and oppression that have shaped the neurodiversity movement.

  • Workshop Two

Embodying the Personhood of an Affirming Practitioner

This workshop is an invitation for practitioners to look inward.

Examine what you bring to the therapeutic relationship, and learn how self-awareness helps to cultivate true relational safety.

  • Workshop Three

Becoming a Safe House: Implementing the Framework

This workshop brings together the many elements of the methodology, focusing on key features such as informed consent, co-design, goal-setting, and self-assessment.

Who This Is For

This program is designed for health practitioners who have completed Level 1 and are ready to:

Translate knowledge into aligned, embodied action

Shift from “how do I fix this?” to “how do I create safety here?”

Confidently lead change within their scope, teams, or systems

Bring their values fully into their work without burning out

Walk their talk — even when the system hasn’t caught up yet

If that sounds like you, let's walk this shift together.

Level 2 of The Safe House Framework is your guide to applying what you’ve learned — with nuance, integrity, and community

You don’t have to have all the answers.

You just need to take the next step.

at a time and place that suits you.

We're a tiny team of neurodivergent humans, so we don't always have someone available to take calls. However we do have a lovely answering service who will make sure we get your message, and we will call back as soon as we can.
